- is he considered to be in the medical field ??
( because we study biology anatomy chemistry microbiology organic chemistry …. etc)
- what is the dietition called ?? i mean the doctor is written Dr what about dietition ??? RD ??
- can a dietitian work in the NICU ?? if so how is he/she needed ??
- what is clinical nutrition Difference than non-clinical ?

Yes, a dietitian is in the medical field. A dietitian is called a registered dietitian (RD) or dietetic technician, registered (DTR).
